Australian comedian Garry McDonald assumed his familiar alter ego of TV personality Norman Gunston on this lighthearted travel series. On each half-hour episode, Gunston visited a different region of Australia, conducting satirical interviews with the locals and making mocking comments about the sites and sounds.
